This rental booking form is for Wellness Professionals renting our space. Please reserve your treatmentroom/classroom rental at the same time as any add-ons. Each add-on item needs to be added to the cart separately. Select your start time when booking your add-ons. Rentals may be made 180 days in advance.For same day rentals, please call us to ensure your items are ready.
